Dear Supporters and Praying Friends,
Thank you all for your prayers! We praise the Lord for His many blessings and for His protections.
We praise the Lord for the way he answered specific prayer. For months, we and many prayer circles had been praying that Ashley would be able to keep from delivering the babies until April 15th. It was a specific request. At 6:38 am on the morning of April 15th, Titus Luke and Joshua Caleb were born. Specific answer! For more specifics as to weights and times, please feel free to visit our Bi-Weekly update.
Two weeks later, Titus was rushed to the Children’s Hospital in Cincinnati because he had stopped breathing. Thank you all for your prayers. For the first 2 days he had to be on a ventilator. The doctors said that he would have to be in the hospital for at least a week or more. By the third day, he was able to come off of the ventilator and attempt to eat. They said that they would be happy if he would be able to consume 5-15mls of formula for the next couple of days. After the first two feedings, he started eating 45-50mls ! By the next day, the doctor said that he could find no reason to keep Titus any longer. Titus had far exceeded their expectations for recovery. All the tests came back negative, so nobody could say for sure what caused his little lungs to stop working. All we can say is “Praise the Lord” and “Thank you all for praying!”
In February, we had the privilege of seeing two more churches partner with our ministry. These two churches were ones which I had not sought out for partnership. The Lord brought them into contact with us! It is amazing how the Lord directs our steps. At the beginning of the year, we began at 42 percent of our support. These two churches put us at 47. We just received word of another church partnering with our ministry, bring us to 48 percent, as well as another church voting soon to do so. Please continue to pray that the Lord will continue to bless in this area!
Back in Brazil
The Lord is continuing to bless the ministry in Brazil. The youth group recently was able to go to camp. We thank the Lord for making the camp time possible and how He worked in hearts during that time. Various young people made decisions to walk closer to the Lord and two girls surrendered to go into missions. The Lord gave us a beautiful place to use for four days with adequate sleeping places, a large living room which we used for services and kitchen. The living room even had a fireplace which we lit one night. There was also a large pool and a wooded part where girls and guys met separately for group devotion times. This is our rainy season but the Lord gave us sun for the first two days and kept off the rain until the very end.
The church has been able to continue in their calling as a church. Recently, they began by supporting missions and missionaries, and were even able to send a missions team to the Amazon region. Now the church is able to be part of a new church plant in a nearby city! We praise the Lord for how He has continued to build his church. As to the “physical” building of the church, the third phase is almost done. With windows in and roof on, it is regularly being used for the worship of our Lord!
Please continue to pray as the churches reaches the lost, trains new disciples, and continues to expand.

For those of you who hold us in prayer,
1. Praise the Lord for Ashley’s safety during pregnancy!
2. Praise the Lord for safety and healing of the twins.
3. Pray that we will continue to see an increase in support as we reach 50% and beyond over this season.
4. Pray that the Lord continue to direct us to the churches He wants to use to partner with us.
